Weekly Gay Romance Deals and New Releases (November 30)

Welcome to this week’s new releases, 99c deals, and freebies in gay romance! We’re doing our second week of highlighting new MM holiday/Christmas-themed romances. We had a long-ass list last week that was a huge success! Thanks to everyone for emailing and commenting with how much you appreciated this. The line up is a little shorter this week, but there are still a lot of books I’m eager to read. I love me some Christmas romances, so I’m excited to read as many as I can!

Of course, we also have our regular new releases, 99c deals, and freebies. All deals are valid at the time of posting in the US and most of the time the UK, but they may not be valid later or in all Amazon stores. Please check the price before buying! We can’t always see when the buy price will change, so it may go up within hours of this post, unfortunately.

This is not a paid list or ads, but simply deals I’ve found and books I’m excited about reading, so all personal recommendations from me. If you have a book you’d like to see listed, you can submit it, but that’s not a guarantee I’ll list it.

NEW HOLIDAY/CHRISTMAS-THEMED RELEASES

A Whole Latke Love – Jodi Payne

Yay, a Hannukah romance! Two men meet again at an office party after a one night stand, but is their connection real enough to last? Find out in A Whole Latke Love.

Stocking Stuffers – various authors

Stocking Stuffers is a collection of stories by various MM authors. For all the Christmas feels.

Special Delivery: Christmas – various authors

If you love mpreg, Special Delivery will be right up your alley. Christmas, pregnant men, and babies. Sounds like a winner to me.

Christmas in the City – various authors

Christmas in the City is for the most part an MF holiday bundle, but…there’s an MM story in there and it’s a special one. For all the Jamie and Wes fans, Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy have written a Christmas story with them. I SO need this, because I loved these two (they’re from HIM and US)

A Boyfriend for Christmas – Jay Northcote

A Boyfriend for Christmas contains a closeted virgin, a tattooed biker, class differences, a dramatic coming out, a very inappropriate Christmas gift, and a happy ending (of course). You had me at virgin.

Villain for Christmas – Alice Winters

Villain for Christmas: This ridiculous and snarky holiday novel contains a villain turned unlikely hero (even if he’s a manager’s worst nightmare), a superhero with a fondness for suckers who absolutely does NOT use his powers to cheat on board games, a hairless cat with an unfortunate name, bumbling family members that try to be evil but are mostly just embarrassing, a snow globe with mysterious powers, betrayal, true love, a risqué Santa suit, and the saltiest chicken ever. Damn. I like.

Twelve Days to Love – Avery Ford

Twelve Days to Love combines a bad boy billionaire with falling for the boss, and of course with Christmas. Always a good combination.

Hometown Christmas – Garrett Leigh

In Hometown Christmas two men who both have their reasons for wanting to stay single become friends…and then more. Friends to lovers for the win with Christmas for the added holiday cheer.

A Royal Christmas Cruise – Max Walker

A Royal Christmas Cruise looks amazing! A prince who’s on a cruise incognito is asked to be another guy’s fake boyfriend. Hell yes.

Heavenly Melody – Sammi Cee

Two men meet as volunteers in a soup kitchen in Heavenly Melody, and one of them offers to be the other’s fake boyfriend for a party. I’ve never been able to say no to fake boyfriend stories, haha.

Snowfall and Romance – Wendy Rathbone

A loner and the owner of a coffee shop get stuck together in a blizzard…and we all know what that means! Forced proximity, overwhelming attraction, blizzards, and a heart-warming Christmas miracle in Snowfall and Romance.

No Place Like Home – Annabelle Jacobs

No Place Like Home is a heartwarming story of love between neighbours, family and friends, about adorable rescue cats, and remembering that sometimes the very thing you’re looking for is right under your nose.

The Boss of Christmas Present – AE Ryecart

The Boss of Christmas Present contains falling for the grouchy boss, an adorable dachshund, an outbreak of Christmas jumpers, reindeer antlers, and the healing spirit of Christmas. Sweetness overload guaranteed, along with low angst and a one hundred percent Happy Ever After.

Rivals – Jeff Adams

Old rivals meet again…and discover they have chemistry in Rivals. This looks to be Thanksgiving themed, but I’ll take it.

Defrosting Jack – Jocelynn Drake

Oh man, this one hits all my buttons. Defrosting Jack is a standalone MM holiday novella that has a divorced dad, an age gap, a coming out, two cute kids, a meddling younger brother, a disapproving father, a sexy nun, a sprinkling of Christmas magic, and dirty fun with dessert. Sold.

Noble – Rinda Elliott

A guy who once confessed his feelings for another guy with disastrous results has to return home to said guy. Oy. How will this end? (hint: really good) Noble is a standalone Christmas MM novella with an age gap, nosy family, sexy times, and a true love that time can’t stop.

Over the Hill – Elle Keaton

A reformed playboy and a virgin set out on a road trip in Over the Hill and get stuck in the snow. I mean, you had me at virgin (I’m easy, people), but this one also has an age gap, opposites attract, a cozy cabin with a roaring fire, and a Christmas fantasy. Take my money please.

Blue Jingle – Via Gold

After Blue Christmas and Blue Valentine, here’s another adventure for Elvis and Jonah in Blue Jingle.

NEW RELEASES

Show Me, Daddy – Quinn Ward

One Daddy. One Sadist. One boy who wants them both.

Jordan’s single. Again. What is wrong with him that he can’t keep a boyfriend?

He knows he shouldn’t be lusting after his boss… or his boss’s ex.

But those toppy vibes are killing him.

How did a boy who’s never been able to make a relationship work find himself with not one, but two men?
(Show Me, Daddy ends with a HFN but the story will continue in the next book in the series, Help Me, Sir when Eli learns to finally let go)

Looking for Trouble – Misha Horne

Recommendation: I call Misha Horne the Queen of Spanking, because she really is. This is a historical with a delicious slow burn and, you guessed it, spanking. Yummy.

A trip across the country just might lead to a trip over a cowboy’s knee…

Trouble seems to follow Jesse Morgan.

No matter how many times he tries to clean up his act, drinking and fighting and picking pockets are about the only things that make him feel good. All he wants when he boards a train headed for Nevada is a fresh start. He might not even know where it is on a map, but nobody knows him there. He just needs a little change, a little adventure, a chance to shake off the dark cloud he seems to be stuck under.

What he doesn’t expect is to meet Will Kaplan. A tall, handsome cowboy with a chiseled jaw who pulls him out of a jam five minutes after he steps off the train. He’s ever met anyone like the no nonsense stranger who offers him a temporary place to stay. Will might be stern and have a lot of strict rules, but he’s patient and fair, and he makes Jesse crave things he’s never thought about. Makes him want to cause trouble, just to see what might happen. Will makes him want to do all kinds of things that are definitely a bad idea.

Will Kaplan couldn’t care less about people.

Everyone he was ever close to is long gone, and he’s perfectly happy on his farm with his animals and just enough to get by— alone. He only heads into town when he has to, and sure never expected to come back home with a mouthy stranger who seems dead set on driving him crazy.

Will doesn’t need a farmhand. He definitely doesn’t need one who’s stubborn and reckless and has an ugly temper, even if he’s sexy as hell. Just because Jesse is good company when he isn’t being irritating doesn’t mean Will is interested in having another person in his life for more than a week or two. Excitement and disruption are not things he’s fond of. Just like he’s not fond of this sassy, sullen city boy who seems determined to cause trouble, almost like he’s begging for a firm hand…

Looking for Trouble is a 135,000 word low angst, slow burn, historical western romance between a stern, reclusive cowboy and a rowdy, troublemaking stranger. It includes forced proximity, a bit of hurt/comfort, some serious pining, a ten year age gap, spanking, daddy kink, first times, steamy scenes, a woodshed, and an HEA.

To be clear, this book is not a heavy historical filled with angst or a rollicking shoot em up western. It’s a sweeping, swoony escapist historical about two men falling in love on a secluded farm in 1888.

Obvious – R.G. Alexander

Could he be more Obvious?

Matthew Finn is about to find out. He’s got a crush and a prickly pickle of a problem, but with a little help from his newfound family, he’ll convince Oliver “Legs” Garcia that he’s the real thing.

*The first half of this novella was originally posted as a free read, but has since been revised and doubled in length with a Bonus section aptly titled, More Obvious.

The Necromancer’s Dance – S.J. Himes

In a world where magic is real and evil walks amongst humanity, a young sorcerer is beset upon by enemies, both old and new.

Angelus Salvatore is the only necromancer in all of Boston, and his name is whispered warily by the undead and fellow sorcerers alike. He and his brother Isaac are the lone survivors of an attack by an army of the undead, in which Angel used a spell so powerful it forever marked his place in history. Now, years later, Angel struggles to balance his career as a teacher of the higher magical arts, his role as big brother, and a tenuous relationship with an Elder vampire from the local clan. When his brother’s boyfriend is used as a pawn in a mysterious plot to draw Angel out, Angel is once again drawn back into the old hostilities that fueled the Blood Wars and led to his family’s death.

Leaning on others for help is something Angel cannot do, and while he searches for clues into who may be targeting him and his brother, Angel finds his heart steadily growing occupied with Simeon, Elder and vampire. Dealing with death magic and vampires on a daily basis may leave Angel jaded when it comes to life and staying that way, but the more time he spends fending off the ancient vampire’s attention and affections, the more he realizes he wants to give in.

Can Angel find out who wants him dead, and keep his heart safe in the process? How can he fall for a vampire, when his whole family was torn apart by an army of the undead?

Death stalks the streets of Boston’s historic Beacon Hill….and there is no one more suited to battle against death than a necromancer.

The Necromancer’s Dance is the first book in The Beacon Hill Sorcerer series. This series is best enjoyed in order. Content Advisories are on the Copyright page and can be seen by using the Look Inside feature or by downloading a sample of this book. Approx.~ 77k words

Zale – Michelle Frost

Davis~
It was just another job—at least it was supposed to be—but snaring the feisty blue dragon I’d been contracted to collect and her rider in my trap changed everything. Hunting dragons was my job, and I was damn good at it. I’d never missed a target. Never failed to make a delivery. So why was every step toward turning over my bounty suddenly a struggle? No quarry had ever managed to get under my skin, but something in Zale’s haunting blue eyes called to me like nothing ever had before.

Zale~
When Itsaso and I were kidnapped, we fought like hell but found ourselves at the dragon hunter’s mercy. He locked my dragon away, leaving me to face captivity alone. Now, all I have to rely on is the training that’s been drilled into me every day for as long as I can remember and biding my time, waiting for Davis to make a mistake. Or my brothers to find and rescue us. But something happened the first time I truly looked in Davis’s eyes, dark pools as deep and enchanting as the sea, and I realized I was in so much more danger than I thought. How could a ruthless dragon hunter be my perfect mate?

Zale is the second book in The Brotherhood of Ormarr series. While each book focuses on a different couple, the overall story arc continues in the next installment. For maximum enjoyment, we suggest reading in order. Zale is a m/m romance, and is recommended for adults 18 years and older.

Don’t Ask Don’t Tell is a story of love, trust, betrayal and second chances with an HEA.

Mr. Frosty Pants – Leta Blake

Recommendation: This book came out last Christmas season, and I loved it. I’m usually not the biggest fan of second chance romances, but this one worked for me. Frosty former friends get a steamy second chance in this Christmas gay romance!

Can true love warm his frozen heart?

When Casey Stevens went away to college four years ago, he ghosted on his straight best friend, Joel Vreeland. He hoped time and distance would lessen the unrequited affection he felt, but all it did was make him miss Joel more. Home for the holidays, Casey hopes they might find a way to be friends again. But Joel’s frosty reception reminds Casey of just how hard he had to fight to be Joel’s friend in the first place. It’s going to take a Christmas miracle to get past that cool façade again.

Joel isn’t as straight as Casey believes, and his years of pining for Casey have left him hurting and alone, caring for his abusive father and struggling to get by. Unable to trust anyone except his rescue dog—and with no reason to believe Casey is interested in him for more than a holiday fling—Joel’s icy heart might shatter before it can thaw.

Can Casey and Joel’s love overcome mistrust, parental rejection, class differences, and four long years apart? Mr. Frosty Pants is a stand-alone, Christmas gay romance by Leta Blake featuring a virgin hero, childhood friends-to-lovers, second chance romance, and steamy mm first times.

Leo Loves Aries – Anyta Sunday

Recommendation: Leo Loves Aries is one of my all-time faves when it comes to slow burn romances. It’s warm and funny and quirky and the characters are just amazing. Highly recommended.

A new person will enter your life in the early year, Leo. Look past any moments of frustration they might bring and laugh—this could be the start of a thriving friendship.

Theo Wallace usually laughs at the horoscopes his mom sends. Still hung up on his ex-girlfriend and practically friendless, this one begs him to reconsider. Because a friendship that stuck, that thrived…

Well, that would be a reason to leave past pains behind and look to the Bright Future.

When his sister Leone challenges him to find her the perfect date for a spring wedding, Theo uses it as a chance to make new friends. Theo’s ex economics tutor and newest roommate Mr. Jamie Cooper seems to be a possible and convenient match. Real convenient. Like written in the stars, convenient.

All he has to do is make sure this Jamie is good enough. Could really be The One for her, and the friend for him.

But watch out, Leo, the stars have a surprise in store…in Leo Loves Aries

The Mistletoe Promise – Aria Grace and Lorelei M. Hart

One Kiss. One Promise. The Magic of Christmas.
Omega Everett is ready to be a father. He has a decent job, a nice place to live, and so much love to give. With no delusions of finding the perfect alpha and living happily ever after, he decides to take matters into his own hand—or test tube, anyway—with the help of a fertility clinic. On the day he finally gets the amazing news he’s going to be a father, the rest of his world collapses as his company shuts down.

Everett’s life quickly turns around as he moves to a new city with an amazing new job just as the holiday season begins. Determined to maintain his family’s tradition of going out to eat on Christmas Eve, he heads to a place recommended by his phone, only to find himself arguing with the maître d over getting a table for one.

Alpha Graham’s dating life had somehow been reduced to blind dates set up by his brother, of all people. When his Christmas Eve date cancels at the last minute, he decides to make the most of it, grabbing a drink at the bar of the up-and-coming restaurant—at least until he sees a hot omega being turned away. He can’t let the omega eat alone on Christmas Eve, so he steps in.

Sparks fly between the two and the evening ends with a kiss under the mistletoe, sealing their promise to meet again in a year’s time, when both men might be in a better place to start something more than a hook-up.

The magic of Christmas is sealed with a mistletoe kiss leads the men on a journey to find themselves and their happily ever after.

The Mistletoe Promise is a super-Hallmarky-sweet with-knotty-heat non-shifter Mpreg Christmas Romance complete with a sweet baby, mistletoe, and a trip to see Santa.

Giving Chances – Tanya Chris

‘Tis the night before the night before Christmas and there’s only one Bright Light Beauty Shoppe left in all of Connecticut. When Mitch and Jackson make a simultaneous grab for it, they make a connection that goes deeper than a brush of hands over a gaudy pink-and-purple box.

Mitch is shopping for his youngest sister, who he hasn’t seen since he came out to his parents a year and a half ago. This will be his first Christmas back with the family he’s not sure he can forgive.

Jackson is shopping for a new boyfriend. No! Bad Jackson. He’s supposed to be on a relationship break. His ex-boyfriend only moved out a month ago and his best friend tells him he’s too quick to jump into commitments. The plan is to enjoy some uncommitted sex, so why not enjoy it with Mitch?

As the final days of Christmas count down, Mitch and Jackson find that all they have to do to get everything they want this year is give love a chance.

Giving Chances is an M/M standalone Christmas novella with a happy ending.

Yes to anything Anyta Sunday! She writes amazing characters. I love everything I’ve read from her (and Iove how rocks or colors become characters in her stories). I love the star signs series. Her “Christmas Angel” was fun, too. (Tepid Creek!)

Have you read the Ace’s Wild multipe-author series? I think you’d like that.

Nora, I can’t wait for more Irresistible Omega and the Kinky Boys series! ♥️
