Weekly Gay Romance Deals and New Releases (November 22)

Welcome to this week’s new releases, 99c deals, and freebies in gay romance! We’re back after skipping a week last week because I was traveling. We have a special list this week because from now until Christmas, I will be highlighting new MM holiday/Christmas-themes romances. That list is long this week as we catch up with the last few weeks, but we’ll keep mentioning new releases as we spot them coming out. I love me some Christmas romances, so I’m excited to read as many as I can!

Of course, we also have our regular new releases, 99c deals, and freebies. All deals are valid as at the time of posting in the US and most of the time the UK, but they may not be valid later or in all Amazon stores. Please check the price before buying! We can’t always see when the buy price will change, so it may go up within hours of this post, unfortunately.

This is not a paid list or ads, but simply deals I’ve found and books I’m excited about reading, so all personal recommendations from me. If you have a book you’d like to see listed, you can submit it, but that’s not a guarantee I’ll list it.

NEW HOLIDAY/CHRISTMAS-THEMED RELEASES

From now until Christmas, we’ll highlight new holiday/Christmas-themed MM romances. I love these, and I’m sure I’m not the only one… This first list is freaking ginormous because we’re catching up with releases so far… I’d say sorry, but wow, there are some amazing books here! You’ll find the normal new releases, the 99c deals, and the freebies below this list.

A Pebble for Lewis – Amy Bellows

A Pebble for Lewis features a penguin shifter, a polar bear shifter, egg-preg, size difference, knotting, and best friends to lovers. Can you say adorable?

Satan Claus is Coming to Town – Catherine Lievens

Satan Claus is Coming to Town looks to be one hell of a ride (pun intended) with Satan posing as Santa, a divorced single dad with trust issues, a little girl who writes to satan instead of Santa, and the king of hell himself. Dude, I am SO reading this, haha.

Mr. Naughty List – Leta Blake

Mr. Naughty List is a hot-as-fuck romance between a high school teacher and a former student and involved some serieus spanking, belting, sexy times, and all the feels. Gah, I loved this one so hard.

Rules for Santa – Susan Hawke

In Rules for Santa a lost, homeless boy meets the Daddy who will change his life and vice versa. This series is so good, and I can’t wait to dig into this one. Santa-daddy kink? Yes, please.

The Christmas Dragon’s Mate – Silvia Violet

This was such an easy choice, haha. The Christmas Dragon’s Mate has dragons. fated mates, and Christmas. seriously what more do you need?

Mending Noel – Charlie Cochet

I think this is a rerelease because I’ve read it a while back, but I loved Mending Noel. Enemies to lovers in North Pole City, featuring Jack Frost, an elf, and enough steam to melt the ice.

Wrapped Up in You – Claire Castle

Two men whose families are arch rivals can’t deny the attraction to each other in Wrapped up in You.

Wishing on a Dream – Michele Notaro

The man in a snow globe comes to life in Wishing on a Dream and turns out to be a warlock. I’m intrigued!

Christmas Riches – H.L. Day

Two men who are opposites in every way meet…and attraction flares. But is what divides them too much to bring them together? Christmas Riches features rich/poor and age gap. Yay!

A Very Terry Christmas – Jacki James

A Very Terry Christmas is another opposites attract story, where a florist who loves Christmas and a business man who hates is meet…and match. Or do they?

A Christmas Wedding – A.E. Ryecart

The story of Rory and Jack from A Kiss Before Christmas and An Easter promise continues in The Christmas Wedding. I mean, getting married at Christmas, that’s about as schmoopy as it gets…

Mistletoe Kisses – Liam Livings

Mistletoe Kisses features snowed in, opposites attract, small town, mistletoe kisses, ice skating, hot chocolate, and is a sweet Christmas romance for everyone who’s ever loved those made-for-TV Christmas movies, and wished there was a gay romance version. With a twist.

Bear Best Friend – Liam Livings

Bear Best Friend is a sweet opposites attract, friends to lovers stand-alone gay romance novella about learning to love yourself and finding the special someone who appreciates you for being you.

A Very Merry Krewmas – Nicky James

If you can’t get enough of Krew, the colorful, sassy character from the Trial of Fear series, here’s a treat for you: A Very Merry Krewmas. Get your Krew-fix here, haha. Can’t wait to read this because I love me some Krew.

Hensley Manor – Jaclyn Osborn

A man who hates Christmas finds a snow globe…and ends up in a B7B with an attractive owner. Except, he can’t remember how he got there! Welcome to Hensley Manor.

The Best Progressive Yule Party Ever – Jill Wexler

A guy who accompanies his sister to a progressive yule party gets more than he bargained for when a straight wrestler turns out to be not quite so straight (haha, aren’t they all?) in The Best Progressive Yule Party Ever.

Too Hot for Santa – Helena Stone

An actor whose career is in trouble after a compromising incident flees to Australia where he meets a man (duh) who doesn’t like Christmas in Too Hot for Santa. Christmas Down Under, people!(This is a rerelease)

Yuletide Treasure – Eliot Grayson

Yuletide Treasure is an M/M romance with explicit scenes, a voyeuristic pagan goddess, and an odious nephew. Despite any other possible similarities to A Christmas Carol, there are neither ghosts nor geese, but readers can expect a happy ending and at least one use of the word “dickens.” Whahaha, I’m sold!

He’s Behind You – Rebecca Cohen

In He’s Behind You, a quiet geek and a newly out man meet while rehearsing for a Christmas play, but mutual attraction may not be enough to overcome insecurities on both sides.

The Christmas Deal – Keira Andrews

The Christmas Deal is a steamy holiday gay romance from Keira Andrews featuring an ex-Marine, fake boyfriends, bisexual awakening, a clueless single dad with an angry preteen, and of course a happy ending. Sold.

Crashing Into Christmas – Noah Harris

In Crashing Into Christmas, a recluse encounters his favorite author after the man crashes and takes him home to shelter him from a blizzard. Ah, the old snowed in trope. I love it.

Say Yule Be Mine – Louisa Mae

A man whose heart got broken on Christmas gets a new chance at Christmas happiness after an encounter with a stranger in Say Yule be Mine.

Christmas Cousins – Julia McBryant

A holiday story about the power of family and the special bonds between the people who grow up together, Christmas Cousins shows the real tangles, trouble, and most of all, the special love that binds cousins together.

The Chrismukkah Crisis – Ryan Taylor and Joshua Harwood

Two men met on the Metro and sparks fly..until they discover they’re boss and employee. Now what? I guess you can guess the rest, haha. The Chrismukkah Crisis features new adults, a forbidden workplace romance, instalove, sizzling sexy times, and an extraordinarily happy ending.

REGULAR NEW RELEASES

Murder Aforethought – Parker St. John

A ticking clock. A deadly enemy. Can they keep their heads in the game when their hearts are already on the line?
Valentine Rivetti made a horrible mistake when he became a Marine Sniper at the age of twenty. Returning home with PTSD and a guilty conscience, he’s blackmailed into working for the mafia to save his family.

Maksim Kovalenko has everything he ever dreamed of growing up in a Ukrainian slum. As a notorious corporate attorney, he has the world at his feet. But wealth and power can’t protect him from the emptiness he feels every time he shuts his eyes.

When Val is arrested for a murder he didn’t commit, his redemption is a silver fox in a three-piece suit. But Val’s lucky day becomes Maksim’s nightmare when the mafia begins to cut loose ends… starting with them.

The passion between them is overwhelming, but can two solitary men learn to trust each other before it’s too late?

Murder Aforethought is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. It contains an HEA and no cliffhangers.

Spencer – Shaw Montgomery

Spencer’s content with his life.

Sure, he might be a little confused and a bit awkward, but his life isn’t bad. He has a steady job and a wonderful friend in his goldfish Frank. He just has a feeling it could be better if he could clear up a few things, like why the lingerie at Leashes & Lace is so interesting and why dating isn’t really working out.

Devin’s happy with his life.

His work at the LGBT youth center and his growing friendship with the guys at Leashes & Lace keep him busy and his life fulfilling. But when he bumps into a familiar face at a photoshoot, he starts to see what he’s been missing—awkward perfection. The calm, professional UPS driver who stops by the center is nothing like the nervous, uncoordinated man who can’t seem to admit how curious he is about the lingerie…and Devin can’t wait to find out what else the sweet man is longing for.

With Spencer’s fear standing in their way, it will take the love of well-meaning friends and a little timely misfortune to bring them together.

Spencer Contains: M/m sexual content, BDSM elements, gender-fluid dressing, edging, spanking, and a very uncoordinated UPS man.

99C DEALS

The Christmas Lights Battle – Skylar M. Cates

For a single dad and his neighbor, the Christmas competition is on!

Julian Moss wants to give his children a happy Christmas. Since his divorce, Julian has no time for a social life; he’s been doing the tiring work of two parents while his cheating ex-husband dodges his responsibilities. If that isn’t stressful enough, he has to deal with his new—and ridiculously good-looking—neighbor and his noisy dogs. Christmas used to be Julian’s favorite holiday, but lately all he sees is the cost. Then Julian’s young son tells him about a Christmas lights competition with a much-needed prize.

Leo Adams is going to be alone for Christmas…again. All he’s ever wanted is to be accepted by his family, but he knows that will never happen. Deciding to focus on his career as a personal trainer, Leo develops a boot camp program on the beach, but he needs publicity. The lights competition offers Leo a way to get some free press, and if it annoys his snooty neighbor Julian—all the better.

The Christmas Lights Battle is on, and both Julian and Leo want to win. The stakes are high, the reward is great, and the neighbors are in it to win it. There’s nothing like a little competition to make Christmas at Shelby Beach extra merry and bright.

The Selkie Prince’s Fated Mate – JJ Masters

A Selkie prince forced to produce an heir. An omega destined to become a royal’s fated mate…

Prince Kai’s life as he knows it is now over. As the firstborn alpha to the Selkie King of the North, he’s required to produce an heir. Whether he wants to or not. When the Selkie Seekers finally present his fated mate, he dreads being tied to this stranger for the rest of his life. He can only hope his omega will be easy on the eyes and somewhat intelligent.

Raised in a family of good breeding, Luca always knew it was possible he’d end up the mate for an alpha of nobility. Only to whom, he never knew. Every time the Seekers summoned him for the humiliating presentation ceremony to royalty of all levels, he feared being stuck with some unbearable, abusive or very unattractive alpha. As an omega he doesn’t have the choice to say no. Not only is it his obligation, it’s the law. If he refuses, he and his family would become outcasts and banished from the Selkie community.

However, as soon as Kai enters the Great Hall of the North, it’s clear that the handsome prince is his alpha. Luca’s pleased with the choice the fates made until the king demands that not only he become pregnant within six months but produce an alpha pup with his son, otherwise he’ll be cast aside. And getting pregnant might be a problem…

The Selkie Prince’s Fated Mate is a 56k word m/m shifter mpreg story, this is the first book in the Royal Alpha series. Due to the “knotty” times in this book, it is recommended for mature readers only. It can be read as a standalone and, of course, has an HEA.

As Sure As the Sun – Elle Keaton

The universe is trying to tell Sacha Bolic something. A fire escape collapses under him, he lands in crap, and a killer barely misses his target… all in the same few seconds. That’s on top of a long list of mishaps and job dissatisfaction. Not one to ignore signals when they’re shoved in his face, Sacha retires and uses his savings to buy an old building in Skagit, Washington. With a little help from DIY videos, he’s going to bring it back to its former glory.  And, yeah, it’s a metaphor. If he makes one change, others will follow…

Seth Culver avoids entanglements, romantic or otherwise. Who needs them? He’s learned the hard way that people betray you or leave. Still, Seth finds people compelling. He kind of collects them, learning their secrets before letting them go their own way. His commitment to no commitments may have met its match in Sacha. Handsome and hot, Sacha seems to offer a permanence that scares Seth more than anything ever has. Seth will have to decide if he’s going to grab life by the balls or keep watching from the sidelines.

A box of inconsequential belongings hidden for decades in the old building hints at lives imagined but not lived, reminding them both there are no guarantees in love, or this thing called life in As Sure As the Sun.

An energising remedy in his life though, is his friendship with cocky womanizer Garrick Masters. One evening things take a sexy detour when Callum loses a bet and has to clean Garrick’s apartment… naked.

The Master Will Appear

Dr. Mikhail “Misha” Budnikov takes one look at fellow fencer Ryan O’Connor and instantly knows his type. The undisciplined hothead is all ego with no finesse and even less control. In short, Misha’s pet peeves personified. To put the arrogant kid in check, Misha challenges him to a sparring match, which he predictably wins.

Not so predictably, Ryan asks him to be a mentor and show him how to fence. Startled by the moment of humility, Misha agrees.

What begins as fencing lessons becomes something much hotter, and before they know it, Misha is giving Ryan an entirely different kind of education. Dominance, submission, pain, pleasure—at the hands of an older, experienced man, a whole new world is opening up for Ryan.

As the trust deepens and their bond strengthens, though, Ryan retreats because that sham called love left him jaded long ago. Cynical beyond his years, he’s not letting his guard down, least of all for a thrice-divorced man twice his age.

Now Misha has to find a way to crack through those defenses…or accept defeat and walk away from the submissive who might just be the love of his life.

The Master Will Appear is approximately 120,000 words and can be read as a standalone.

The Wanderer is book one in Dahlia Donovan’s international bestselling gay romance series, The Sin Bin. Each one features hot rugby players and the men who steal their hearts.

Chances Are – Mathias Harding

Comment: This is a new author, and there are only a few reviews, so I have no idea if it’ll be any good. But hey, it’s free, so definitely worth a try.

Chance Mayer

I sat in Wyatt’s apartment, looking around at his tidy living room while he made me tacos in the kitchen. Jesus, this man was something else. He had his own version of cockiness. It was something like my own, only subtle. More mature.

He sang an old country song over the sizzling beef.

His voice was smooth and deep. It was a real turn on for me. Of course, I wouldn’t tell him that. I wouldn’t tell him that I genuinely liked him. He was funny and sweet. Something about him caused everything within me to shuffle.
I’d just been through a breakup. Well, technically, it had been a year. It was hard for me. I had always been the rambunctious, wild type. It was hard for me to take anything seriously. So, when I do, it meant that it was VERY serious. Apparently, the feeling wasn’t mutual for my ex. When you gave your heart away, you never stop to think it might be completely disregarded.

When someone gave you their heart, it was a gift, and a fragile one at that. That was something I had always believed.

Wyatt Dean

I wasn’t a one-night-stand kind of guy. Chance was sweet and funny. I thought I’d really lucked out on my first night back in Louisiana. So, when Chance left before I could even say goodbye, it hurt. I liked him. I thought we really had a connection.

I’d just taken a new coaching job for the Breaux Bridge Community Center’s baseball team. The Mudbugs were a gang of guys who drank more than they slept. It was my job to whip them into shape, since their last coach (who was worse than them) broke his legs riding an arm chair that was attached to a four-wheeler.

You can imagine my surprise when Chance waltzed into the dugout over ten minutes late for our first practice. Having Chance on the team wasn’t going to be easy. Frankly, I was pissed at him. I may have punished him a teensy bit, that first practice. But mostly, I was insanely attracted to him.

I moved back to Breaux Bride because I had lost my way. Somehow, I knew that I would find it again in Chance. From the moment I met him, I knew he was special. He was holding back, though. He wouldn’t let me in.
I wouldn’t give up on him. That wasn’t even on the table in Chances Are.

Christmas Homecoming – LA Witt

Comment: I don’t usually list shorts or novellas, but since this one is Christmas-themed I figured it would hit the sweet spot right now.

August 1939. Roger Miller and Jack O’Brien have been close since childhood. By the time they realize there’s more between them than friendship, Jack is leaving their sleepy Iowa town for college. But they console themselves knowing he’ll be home for Christmas. Right?

It is Christmas before they see each other again, but that Christmas comes six years and a world war later. Aged, beaten, and shaken by combat, they’re not the boys they were back then, but their feelings for each other are stronger than ever.

Neither know the words to say everything they’ve carried since that peacetime summer kiss, though. Even as they stand in the same room, there’s a thousand miles between them.

But maybe that’s some distance the little angel in Roger’s rucksack can cross. find out in Christmas Homecoming.
