Weekly Gay Romance Deals and New Releases (Jan 5)

Welcome to this week’s hot new releases, 99c deals, and freebies in gay romance! Happy New Year!

All deals are valid today, Saturday January 5 in the US and most of the time the UK, but they may not be valid tomorrow or in all Amazon stores. Please check the price before buying!

This is not a paid list or ads, but simply deals I’ve found and books I’m excited about reading, so all personal recommendations from me. If you have a book you’d like to see listed, you can submit it, but that’s not a guarantee I’ll list it.

New Releases

Cover campyCampy – K.M. Neuhold and Nora Phoenix

Campy is live! Campy is one of the gay porn stars of the popular Ballsy Boys studio. Fans love him and his coworkers like him well enough, but does anyone know the real him? Campy keeps himself carefully hidden, until his new roommate makes him want to spill all his secrets and be himself. Campy is the fourth book in the series and can be rad as a stand alone, but it’s much more fun to read in order. Start with Rebel. NOTE: for some weird reason that only Amazon knows, Campy is showing without a cover online, but the actual book you buy/borrow does have the cover, so no worries.

Love – Shaw Montgomery

I adore Shaw’s books in general, but this series is special, featuring a twinky Dom with two bulky subs. It starts off a bit slow burn but once the sparks lit, it’s so sweet and good. Love is the second book, so make sure to read the first book first, Us.

The Gift – May Archer

I love May Archer’s books, and The Gift looks like another hit: two recent best friends who turn into more…like fake boyfriends. Oh yes, one-click, baby!

Oath of Valor – Brittany Cournoyer

I’m a little behind on my reading and haven’t read any of the books in the Personal Protectors series yet, but I may skip straight to Oath of Valor. The reason? Sleeping with your son’s best friend, haha. I love that trope, so bring it on. Plus, a little suspense plot, which I also appreciate.

99c Deals

It’s not as along a list as the last few weeks, but we’ve got some great ones!

What Remains – Garrett Leigh

A firefighter and a designer meet and fall in love in What Remains, but when tragedy strikes and leaves one of them injured, they have to fight to find love again. I haven’t read this one, but I love this author’s emotional depth in their books. High angst, but so good. Don’t forget you can add the audiobook as well for just over $7 if you buy the ebook version.

Damaged Soul + Damaged Trust – Anne Pine

Damaged Soul and the sequel Damaged Trust look like another high angst read. A wealthy, experienced Dom meets a young, damaged man with no experience in BDSM. They have a rocky road ahead of them before they find love. Please mind the trigger warnings (eg cutting).

Ride Me – Rebecca Brooke

Ride Me is an MM romance in an MF series, and the blurb gives little away. It’s a rock star romance, I think, and a second chance romance. But for 99c, this is a great chance to try a new to me author!

Corporate Pride – Gianni Holmes

Corporate Pride is a box set of three books featuring two different couples, so that’s a steal for 99c.  Two hot, rich business men fall in love, and the rest you can guess. “These books feature lacy lingerie, wealthy businessmen, a hot manipulative chef, and villains who make an amazing comeback as anti-heroes,” the blurb says, so now you know.

Freebies

Here are this week’s freebies. Please double check the price before buying!

Blowing It – Kate Aaron

I’ve never heard of this author, but both the cover and the blurb for Blowing It are a riot. “Contents: passive tops and slutty bottoms, bitchy best friends, bad jokes, sexy underwear, an excess of beards, and a smattering of angst. May contain nuts.” I so one-clicked, this, haha.

Lancelot and the King – Sarah Luddington

Lancelot and the King is a gay retelling of the well-known Lancelot story. I love historicals, and they’re not that common, so grab this one fast!
