Welcome to this week’s hot new releases, 99c deals, and freebies in gay romance! We have some wonderful Christmas books, which makes me happy, haha.
All deals are valid today in the US, but they may not be valid tomorrow or in all Amazon stores. Always check the price before buying!
This is not a paid list or ads, but simply deals I’ve found and books I’m excited about reading, so all personal recommendations from me. If you have a book you’d like to see listed, you can submit it, but that’s not a guarantee I’ll list it.
New Releases
We have some great new releases this week!
Just a Bit Gay – Alessandra Hazard
Just a Bit Gay is the ninth book in the Straight Guys series, which is totes amazeballs. No, seriously. I love that series so hard. It’s wicked sexy and hot and so wrong it’s perfectly right. This one has a best friends trope, but I one-clicked before I even read the blurb, haha.
Cowboy Rules – Jacki James
I love this whole series from Jacki James, and I’ve been looking forward to Cowboy Rules, which has Matt and Linc’s story. We’ve met them in the previous books and I’m dying to see how they get together. It’s a stand alone, but the whole series is so good with all the feels, sweet romance, a bit of heat, and wonderful secondary characters.
Beautiful Dreamer – Christina Lee
I love holiday romances and here’s another one that looks great. Beautiful Dreamer is the story of two men who reconnect during the holidays, but it’s a best friend’s little brother scenario, so you know how that’s gonna go. baby, it’s cold outside…so I’m gonna read this and stay warm, haha.
Beautiful Shame Christopher and Ethan – M.A. Innes
You ever had a kink you thought wasn’t for you and then someone made it totally work? That was the case with humiliation play for me, until I read the first book in this series. Beautiful Shame: Christopher and Ethan is the third book (all stand alones), featuring college roommates, and I can’t wait to dig in. No one does sweet kink like M.A. Innes
Dear Cassius – Alice Winters
I’ve had a book by this relatively new author on my Kindle for a while (Hidden in Darkness) and I really need to read it, because it had great reviews. Dear Cassius is her latest release, and it combines a slow burn romance (which I’m a sucker for) between best friends with romantic suspense. On the TBR list it goes.
99c Deals
Another great week for 99c deals!
Obsessed #4 – Quin Perin
Obsessed #4 is the fourth in final book in this series that’s really one big romance. The first installment is free and this one is a new release at 99c. the other two are in KU. If you like your romances well-written and with plenty of steam, emotions, and ups and downs, try this series. I read the first two and really liked them.
Blue Christmas – Viva Gold
Blue Christmas sounds like a perfect Christmas read: light, witty, and entertaining. A flirty out-and-proud guy meets a handsome millionaire and sparks fly. Duh, of course they do. It’s a romance, you know? (BTW: this book is technically just over a dollar, but whatever)
Company for Christmas – A.E. Ryecart
Company for Christmas is a novelette with a retelling of the Cinderella story, featuring a rent boy who dreams of Prince Charming and Prince Charming who longs for a man to love and cherish… I’m such a romantic softie for stories like this!
Country Christmas – Riley Knight
A big-city surgeon meets a cowboy (and a virgin, yippeekayay!) in Country Christmas. It looks like a classic case of opposites attract with maybe some trapped in the snow thrown in? Sign me up.
Love for Christmas – Grant C. Holland
Love for Christmas is a stand alone Christmas novella, featuring two men recovering from a break up who embark on a road trip. This author delivers sweet romances with all the feels.
White Noise – Ann Grech
White Noise is the second book in a three-book continuing series called Unexpected about the same couple. Book one, White Out, is a permafreebie which you can get here. A closeted sports star and a straight paramedic get trapped in the snow. Tell me that doesn’t sound good…
Never Apart – Ashe Winters
You’ll get bang for your buck with this one, as Never Apart is a long-ass romance (140k), featuring a best friends to lovers trope and one glittery, sparkling femme character. Looks like some heavy angst in there but a sweet HEA, and I know this author can write. I’m sold.
Endless, Forever – E.M. Lindsey
Endless, Forever is written by a new to me author, and looks like it has a transgender main character (but that’s taken from the category and reviews, not the blurb). I haven’t read it, so I’m hoping the author has done the transgender character right. I sure hope so, because books like that are rare.
His Instant Family – Rheland Richmond
Shy and awkward Teo Wright, a brilliant young author, has met the man of his dreams in much older Michael, a widower, and father of three. I’ve always loved me a May/December romance, so His Instant Family goes on the list.
Freebies
Made In Paris – Ana Newfolk
Made In Paris is a stand alone holiday short story set in…you guessed it…Paris. Ana Newfolk always combines sweet romance with local flavors, and my guess is this one is no different. Perfect if you want to try her writing style.
Less Than Three – Jess Whitecroft
Less Than Three looks like so much fun: a guy hires his much-more-extraverted twin brother (who is straight) at times to play him, but then said twin brother falls for his brother’s boyfriend, and is apparently not so straight, and I can’t wait to see how that plays out.
Nora,
Since I had to find for mate during your absence I already have most of these. But I am delighted to have you back and very sorry for the circumstances surrounding your trip. Glad your son was there with you.
Take it easy and thanks for the great book deals.
Once again, a great combination of books I’ve bought and read, books I had on my list to read and new books. Thank you so much.
