Before the Call – Emma Alcott
Recommendation: I loved the first book in this new series, and I can’t wait to dig into this one. This is Piper Scott’s contemporary romance name!
Rule #1 Don’t fall for the ridiculously hot straight guy
Rule #2 Especially not if he’s your best friend
Rule #3 Extra-especially not when you’re supposed to be his private tutor
Rule #4 Oh, god, but those eyes
Rule #5 Okay, maybe eyes are fine if you don’t look south
Rule #6 Don’t look south
Rule #7 You looked south, didn’t you?
Rule #8 Are you even listening?
Gabe Mitchell isn’t listening. What’s worse, ever since he moved back to the small town he thought he’d left for good, he’s turned into a habitual rule breaker.
Falling for his straight best friend, Clark Summers? Check.
Falling for his straight best friend, Clark Summers, who also happens to be his newest mature student? Check.
And don’t you dare get him started about what’s going on down south, because Gabe doesn’t need to check that to know he’s in deep.
It’s a good thing Clark’s missed him these last four years, and a better thing that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to have Gabe back in his life, because rules are about to be broken. All of them. And Clark’s only rule? The one about being straight? It might just end up broken, too.
Before the Call is the second book in the Small Town Hearts series, which features heroes scattered across the rural United States who find love where they’re least expecting it. In addition to friendship that turns red-hot, you can expect to find generous servings of vanilla ice cream that are anything but vanilla, interesting “tutoring” techniques, a nerd who’s head over heels for the best friend he can’t have, and a jock who loves his Dork even after years apart.
Snow Job – Beth Bolden
There’s nobody Micah hates more than his ex-stepbrother, Jake. And nobody he wants quite as desperately. For nine long years, Micah has begrudgingly tried to move on. How could they ever be together when Jake never spends more than a handful of days in the same country, and never more than one night with the same person?
When his job sends Micah to a remote mountain cabin on snowy Mount Hood, a misunderstanding strands Jake there at the same time. Was it actually coincidence or in fact premeditated? Either way, Micah will need to put his resentment—and his longing—aside for long enough to survive the elements that might be conspiring to kill them.
As the snow levels rise, and their situation grows more dire, Micah and Jake might finally be forced to use the heat between them to survive.
Snow Job is a full length novel and book 5 of the Snowed In Valentine’s Inc. series. It can be read as a standalone.
Snowflake Kisses – Jacki James
Silk, lace, and cupcakes. What else could he want in a man?
Frankie Taylor is a pastry chef in need of a fresh start, and Cap Roberts is a coffee shop owner in need of a pastry chef. Sounds simple enough, doesn’t it?
When Devin “Cap” Roberts hired Frankie to make the pastries for his coffee shop, it was supposed to be a business arrangement. But once he discovers something that leaves him wondering what Frankie has on underneath his clothes, business is the last thing on Cap’s mind.
As a newly single father, Cap is risking not only his heart, but that of his daughter’s as well. However the more he gets to know Frankie, the more he realizes that a man like him only comes along once in a lifetime—and a love like theirs is worth taking a chance for.
Snowflake Kisses is a standalone book in the Snowed In – Valentine’s Inc. series, which are only connected by the same writing prompt.
Bet on me – Saxon James KU
Taryn
Losing a long term boyfriend to my football career highlights one thing: it’s impossible for me to have both. With only a few years left to play, I decide to throw my full focus into the game. Then I meet Elliot. The flirty texts are immediate, trusting him comes easily, and when we’re together, I’ve never experienced something so explosive.
Until he drops a real bomb on me. He’s a bookie. And suddenly, being closeted is the least of my worries.
Elliot
I have a plan. Make a large amount of money in a short amount of time, set myself up for life, and then get the hell out of bookmaking. Good at it or not, it’s illegal, and that’s a very gray line I’d prefer not to keep crossing. Especially when I meet Taryn. He’s the first guy who’s been able to steal my focus away from my goal, and I’ll do anything to deserve him.
Even quit.
But the thing about illegal jobs is, they’re not always so easy to walk away from in Bet On Me.
How To Catch a Rival – Ana Ashley
When you’re competing, the last thing you should do is fall in love…especially with your rival.
Wren turned up out of nowhere and now he’s my boss…kind of. He’s also a straight, closed-off, emotionless icicle. Who cares if he’s also drop dead gorgeous, with eyes you could get lost in?
Tom is beautiful, colorful, strong, creative, and my eyes can’t stop following him everywhere he goes. He also works for my parents, which means he’s off limits. That, and I haven’t told them that I’m bi yet.
A baking competition with high stakes
Two men who both need that prize money
When the heat moves from the kitchen to the bedroom, will Tom and Wren put their rivalry aside? Or is what they stand to lose more important than their growing feelings?
Welcome to Chester Falls, where you can expect to meet sweet men, sexy situations, interfering friends, lots of feels, and a happy ever after.
How To Catch a Rival is a standalone sweet and steamy MM romance novel with no cliffhanger, and a guaranteed HEA.
Finding Finley – Riley Hart
FINLEY
I may be young, but I know what I want.
I yearn to be submissive, both in and out of the bedroom. There’s nothing I crave more than being under the control of another man. Handing over power would fulfill a need I feel down to the marrow of my bones.
What I don’t know is how to get it. This kind of relationship requires complete trust–something I don’t give to anyone except my only friend.
Then along comes Dr. Aidan Kingsley. For the third time in my life, he helps me, without even knowing it, and someone like that, I can’t help but believe in. This is the man I’m meant to be on my knees for. Aidan is meant to be my Sir.
AIDAN
I’ve never had a full-time submissive.
I’ve certainly never had a houseboy, but when I meet Finley, I can’t seem to turn him away.
Instead, I decide to keep things simple, showing Finley that he can take pride on his knees but also stand on his own. He takes care of my home, and he gives me control, in a strictly platonic way, even though he wants more. He’s so beautiful, so naturally submissive, that I’m having a hard time sticking to my rules.
The more he flourishes and the more he craves from me, the tougher I find it to deny him. Before I know it, he’s under my skin. In my bed and in my heart. It wasn’t supposed to go this far. I was only supposed to give him the tools he needed to find his own strength, yet somehow, in the finding of Finley, I found myself too.
But my precious boy is only twenty; nineteen years my junior. And as I’ve told him, forever is a long time, and nothing in life is guaranteed.***
Finding Finley contains various k*nks, domestic discipline and a nineteen-year age gap. Please take that into consideration before deciding if this book is for you.

Lie With Me – Max Walker
OLIVER BRIGHTLY:
Ok, so imagine this.
I’m halfway across the world in a bar in London celebrating my last year of vet school when I spot the sexiest silver fox I’ve ever seen. We flirt, we kiss, and I have one of the best nights of my life. I’m sure I’ll never see him again, which is why I don’t give him my real name, even though I’m down to give him my address, phone number, and throw in my social security number just to be sure.
Weeks later, I walk into Stonewall Investigations in Miami looking for help and who do I find?
A certain silver-haired fox with a cocky grin and an accent that makes my knees melt.
So… about that help…
BECKHAM NOBLE:
I went back to London so I could bury my father and put our rocky past to rest. I wasn’t expecting to get handed a letter by a woman I’d never seen before, addressed to me in my father’s handwriting.
Opening it on the spot would be the emotionally mature thing to do. Drinking the evening away at a pub would be the emotionally therapeutic thing to do.
I chose the latter. That’s where I met one of the most interesting and attractive guys I’d ever chatted with, one I wanted to get to know from his head to his toes. One I was sure I would never see again.
Cut to three weeks later, when the object of my intense desire walks into my office looking for help with a murder that had been haunting him for years.
This was going to be an interesting case.

In this email it said, “All books by Jet Lupin are on sale for $.99”. That is not true.
There’s something weird going on because when I checked this morning, book 1 was on sale for 99c. If you look on the author page on Amazon, it still says 99c. Only when I click on it and go to the product page, it says $2.99. So I don’t know what’s going on there The author messaged me and told me the books were on sale, so maybe something went wrong?
Could be.
I contacted the author and all books were supposed to be 99c until tomorrow. They contacted Amazon but of course, that’s not gonna get fixed this quickly. Sorry!
Thank you for this! You always have the best recommendations!!
Huge hugs
You’re welcome. Glad you found some good books.
The description for Lie With Me is for another book (which I now need to track down). The link is right, though!
So many good ones this week. Thanks, Nora!
Thanks for letting me know! We fixed it.
Hi!
I think there is some misunderstanding with the book “Lie with me”. The blurb/description is not from this book (not to mention the description is not even of m/m book xp).
Just something I noticed 😉
Thanks! We fixed it!
Yeah, I saw it fixed almost immediately after I wrote the comment but by then I didn’t know how to delete it. Thanks
All Jet Lupin books are now 99p
sadly most of the 99c deals are still full price in aus
They are now free in aus! I just got the first 2 😁
the freebies were free ut most of the 99c ones are still full price
The prices are only valid at the time of publishing. Some of the prices may have changed later in the day or the next day. There’s nothing I can do about that since I can’t see when that will happen unless it’s a Kindle Countdown Deal. So always double check before buying.
And I should say they’re only valid in the US. I can’t check prices in other countries because Amazon detects I’m in the US…
nora, please dont think i was blaming you!! living in aus means that we rarely get the same deals as you guys. i appreciate the hard work it takes to find these deals in the first place and would never think that you should spend even more time trying to find aussie deals. sometimes we get lucky and the offers are on amazon au . thank you
Thank you Nora!😁💕
You’re welcome!
Thank you so much for these recommendations.
I have been keeping all of your emails so that I can dip in and out for great books to read.
Thank you 💕
You’re welcome! Glad to hear you’re finding great reads.
Warrior nights is 4.99
It is now. It was free yesterday.
