Banner – JJ Harper
Can you find love after you’ve lost everything?
He lost everything, his life was shattered, and ever since, Banner has kept his heart closed. One betrayal of trust is enough.
Four years later, a man steps into his life. Sweet, vibrant, and handsome, he ticks all the right boxes. He’s the one who Banner’s willing to open his heart for.
From the moment Jasper sees the tall, long-haired, gorgeous man, he knows Banner is the man for him. And he is prepared to wait for Banner to lower his defenses and let him in.
Just when they think they find their happily ever after, Banner’s ex-boyfriend comes back. The one who ruined him. But he doesn’t want forgiveness; he just wants to set things straight.
Typically, nothing goes the way it should.
Banner is book three in the Redemption series and follows on immediately from the first two books. While it can be read as a standalone, it’s best enjoyed reading the books in order.
It contains man-on-man loving and is advised for 18+.
Charlie’s Hero – Nic Starr
Comment: This is a re-release from a title that was previously published by Dreamspinner.
Rejection may try to tear them apart but will ultimately bring them together.
Schoolteacher Charlie Matthews returns to his hometown seeking the life he’s been missing since coming out. He wants simple things–friendship and a sense of belonging–and it looks like his dreams are coming true when an accident brings Josh into his life.
When paramedic Josh Campbell attends an emergency and meets Charlie, sparks fly. He’s found the one person who makes him feel whole and who he wants to build a future with. But the thought of being rejected by his brother, the man who sacrificed everything for him, is overwhelming.
For Charlie to have his happy ever after, he needs Josh to take a chance, but is their love strong enough motivation for Josh? And if Josh’s worst fears come true, can their relationship survive the fallout?
It’s not until Charlie confronts his own past that he fully understands what Josh has to lose. But Josh is Charlie’s Hero, and Josh will do anything to prove to Charlie that his dreams can come true.
Note: This book has been previously published. The story content has not changed from the previously published version. Charlie’s Hero is a novel of approximately 62k words.
Best Man – Lily Morton
Recommendation: Lily Morton has that perfect British humor that’s super snarky. The banter in her books is amazing. I love her books!
Zeb Evans doesn’t do messy.
The product of a disorganized and chaotic childhood, Zeb likes order and control, and as the boss of his own employment agency he can give that to himself. Life runs along strict lines and he never mixes business with pleasure. Everything in his life lives in neat, alphabetized boxes. Until Jesse.
Jesse Reed is Zeb’s complete opposite. He’s chaos personified. A whirling cyclone of disorder. He’s also charming and funny and a very unwanted distraction.
Which is why it comes as a complete surprise to Zeb to find himself asking Jesse to pose as his boyfriend for a few days in the country at a wedding.
Zeb doesn’t do impulsive, but as the time away progresses, he finds himself increasingly drawn to the merry and irreverent Jesse. But can he bring himself to break the hard-won lessons he’s learnt in life? And even if he can, how could Jesse be attracted to him anyway? He’s so much older than Jesse, not to mention being his boss.
From the bestselling author of the Mixed Messages and Finding Home series comes a warm and funny romance about one man’s fight for control and another man’s determination to circumvent it.
Best Man is the first book in the Close Proximity series, but it can be read as a standalone.
Tethered Souls – Ashe Winters
Recommendation: I loved the first book in this series, which had great banter, action, and world building. That one didn’t really have romance yet, so I’m hoping we’ll see more of that in this one!
Avery
Did I fall down some kind of rabbit hole into crazy town? People I thought were long dead start popping out of the grave all over the place. I want off this ride and back to my regularly scheduled life. Unfortunately, it looks like I’m stuck with Ryker because of his weird powers and whatever he did to me. I guess if I had to be tethered to a human, Ryker is okay. Not that I like him or anything. I’m just not sure about his idea to hunt down the psychopath that tried to kill me. Something doesn’t feel right about this whole thing, and why am I getting this weird itch to protect Ryker all of a sudden?
Ryker
My foster mother always warned me that using my powers without fully understanding them would land me in trouble. Turns out, she was right. I’m not a fan of fate, but it looks like Avery and I are more connected than I thought. Who knew I’d become so attached to the wildcat vampire that fell into my lap during a rainstorm of bullets? And that’s the problem. I’m spiritually attached to him now with no way to undo it. With more questions than answers, Avery is going to have to just deal with my plan to hunt down a murderer. I need to know who and what I am before the people I love get hurt.
Tethered Souls is the second book in the Consequences of a Sin Series and follows vampire Avery and human Ryker as they navigate the new truth of their world. Danger lurks around the corner, and these two will have to discover what it truly means to be tethered, or risk the destruction of their very souls. This book is not a standalone and reading the series in order is highly recommended.

The Alpha King – Victoria Sue
The Kingdom of Askara has been torn apart by conflict for centuries, where humans exist as subservient beings to their werewolf masters. Luca needs to take over his pack and save his people. He cannot afford to be distracted. But when he meets Kit, he develops abilities indicating he is not just a pack Alpha, but the King his world has needed for a thousand years.

Once Ryan gets over the shock of his soulmate’s magical existence, he realizes he’s got an uphill battle ahead convincing Izzy to take a chance on their happiness. But even if he can get the D’Jinn to love him back, can Ryan break the curse of Izzy’s lamp or will he lose his mate forever in the end?

Primal Paradox – Parker Skye
Logan is a jerk and proud of it.

That is…until he makes a truly stupid deal with a shady warlock named Kai.
As any respectable alpha would, Logan puts his pack’s needs first, risking his future happiness to save one of his own. While the warlock’s help is invaluable to the pack’s cause, the deal Logan makes is too nebulous to suspect how much it’s going to screw with his life in the future.
When Kai shows up again, ready to claim his end of their bargain, it’s more than Logan’s willing to give. Logan bristles at being backed into a corner and his normally abrasive nature only goes further into overdrive. Finally, Logan is forced to decide whose happiness he can live with the most – his family’s, his own, or his soulmate’s. Logan’s certain someone is going to get shafted no matter what decision he makes.

Noble and Strong – Tatum West
Noble:
I learned long ago that I could look—but never touch. My father made it clear: I was no longer his son if I ever sinned with a man. But Connor Strong took hold of my heart the moment I saw on him. And he made that sin sound so, so sweet.
My dad is the most powerful Evangelical preacher in the country. Millions of people watch him on TV every Sunday morning. I’m the church’s golden boy—handsome, well-behaved, and straight. But a man like Connor Strong couldn’t be wrong in God’s eyes. And the way he kisses me is a spiritual revelation.
Connor makes sparks fly whenever he touches me. He teaches me, slowly and tenderly, and shows me exactly what he needs. He tells me I’m the perfect boyfriend, except for one thing. I’m not out. I can’t be.
But there are some things worth fighting for. And Connor Strong tops the list.
Connor:
I came to Abingdon after my ex broke my heart. I resigned myself to a life alone. But when Noble Hansen walks into my bakery, sculpted and towering like a Norse god, I realize I need that man in my life. Sure, Noble’s a closet case and has some major issues with his mysterious family. But once he gets a taste, he can’t get enough—and I can’t get enough of him, either. He’s at my house every night, and I’m fine with staying secret during the day.
But drama comes along with dating the world’s kindest evangelical superstar. When anti-trans protesters fill the town, Connor stands up to them. And when one of the protesters gets assaulted, I’m the one getting accused. I have an alibi, but I can’t use it without letting everyone know his secret: I was in bed with Noble, teaching him something very new. I could ‘out’ Noble, change his entire life. But he’s not just a fling or a rebound. Noble is my everything, and I won’t reveal his secret, especially not while Reverend Hansen is watching his every move.
But it turns out that Noble is far braver than I ever imagined.
Noble and Strong is the fifth book in the Bridge to Abingdon series. Each book focuses on one adorable couple, and each can be read as a standalone novel. Noble and Connor have a tense, exciting, and sensual relationship with lots of first-time moments and out-for-you drama! There’s also your favorite Abingdon grandma, Gil Steele doing hot cop things in uniform, loads of rainbow baked goods, and a redemption story you’ll never expect. Connor and Noble are the defenders of Abingdon’s LGBTQ+ community, and they won’t let hate take over their town!

When his wife dies suddenly, Jay’s conscience threatens to eat him alive.

Haru to Aiden – Alexia X
Comment: This is a somewhat taboo book, and I haven’t read it, so read with caution.
Eighteen-year-old Haru Ono has been in love with his stepbrother Aiden Davis since he was in middle school. Trying to keep his feelings under wraps is annoyingly hard when they’re living under the same roof in such close proximity, more so since Aiden is so caring and selflessly showers him with kindness.
Haru knows that family is important to Aiden, who has been shouldering the burden of raising five younger siblings, and it’s best Haru never reveals his feelings to Aiden. Then again, an eighteen-year-old boy with raging hormones can only bottle up so much until everything starts to burst in Haru to Aiden.
Primal Mission, book one by Parker Skye is suppose to be free. When you click on it, it comes up as $3.99. That’s more than I paid for books two and three combined.
Thanks for letting me know. The price must’ve just changed. I took that one out. The other two are still 99c.
Correction, Mission Primal
