NEW RELEASES
In Safe Arms – Ann Grech
Nora’s Recommendation: I read an ARC of this book, and it’s a gripping, emotional, slow burn romance between a man so hurt by his past he’s lost and the man who finds him and wants to keep him. This is quite the angsty read. Please mind trigger warnings for sexual assault/rape and homophobia.
Will he risk it all to be In Safe Arms?
When a damaged man stumbles on a second chance, it’s all too easy to turn and run. It takes a determined photographer to convince him risk is worth it all.
People deserve a second chance, right? How about a third or fourth?
But what if I can’t even admit to myself who I am? I was truthful once before. I came out to one other person, and he left me broken and scarred. He destroyed the boy I was. I don’t even use the same name anymore; I go by Trent now. But I survived the streets. I got lucky and I made something of myself. I’m happy, sort of.
It’s Angelo who lights up my life. He’s my world. My rock and my family. He’s always there for me. But I keep hurting him. I say stupid things, and I always keep him at a distance. Still, he knows me better than anyone.
And I want him. But I can’t let myself go there. Not again.
I’ve lived in denial for so long and it’s killing me. In my weakest moments, I reach for Angelo and when he slips into my arms, I can breathe. He’s my solace. Selflessly, he’s there and he never expects anything in return. No judgment, not even an explanation. Having him in my arms is everything, and it’s getting harder to push him away. I’m not sure I want to anymore.
He doesn’t date, but he deserves to be loved. Cherished. Then he drops a bombshell—he’s found The One. I wish he’d fallen for me. I need that second chance to tell him. I need to risk it all because in his arms, I’m safe. I’m me.

Tempting Tate – Jacki James
Tate: I’ve spent most of my life waiting for my fated mate. The one person in this world made just for me. The one Fate had determined was perfect for me in every way. And now that he’s here, he isn’t anything like I expected.
Hollis: No ties, no clans, no mate; that’s the way I choose to live my life. I don’t want anyone having power over me in any way, and if anyone thinks that just because Tate is my mate, I have no choice but to stay with him, they’re mistaken.
When lynx shifter Hollis Roby is sent to Copper Creek to assist with a murder investigation, the last thing he expects to find is his fated mate; especially since he doesn’t even believe fated mates exist. However, that’s the only explanation for the irresistible pull he feels toward clan Beta Tate Decker.
The deeper they go into the investigation, the more obvious it becomes that there’s more going on in Copper Creek than a simple homicide. Trapped in the middle between a corrupt Council and a human supremacist group, the clan is counting on Hollis and Tate to figure out who’s responsible. Not only for the murders, but for the other odd happenings in the area, as well in Tempting Tate.

Missing His Omega – Colbie Dunar and Harper B. Cole
There’s no use crying over spilled coffee—unless it ruins your livelihood.
When alpha Sean, a lawyer with a promising career, spills his coffee all over some random writer’s computer, he’s far too busy and important to spend much time making sure the poor omega’s entire life isn’t ruined by his thoughtlessness. Even if he can’t get the sexy omega out of his head.
Luckily for omega Evan, a struggling freelance writer juggling multiple assignments, the computer itself is fine. It’s the rest of his life that’s a dumpster fire. Well, okay—more flood than fire. And when his ass-of-a-landlord uses the broken pipes disaster as an excuse to evict him, Evan’s left with nowhere to go.
Enter snooty Sean with an offer of a place to stay. It’s not Evan’s first choice—but it’s the only viable one. And as it turns out, coffee isn’t the only thing they connect over. When an unexpected pregnancy turns the new order upside down, Evan’s past races in to tear their newfound relationship apart.
And through it all, the scent of coffee zigzags into their lives until they find themselves back where they belong.
Missing His Omega is a 65,000-word MM nonshifter, contemporary mpreg novel set in the popular world of Cafe Om. It features a sexy and often cocky alpha, a strong omega who manages to thwart all stereotypes despite his crappy upbringing, a gas mask, an adorable baby, a guaranteed HEA and all the knotty goodness you have come to expect from Cafe Om. It is the first in a series of stand-alone romances best read with a cup of pour-over.

Fractured Truth – Ashe Winters
Nora’s Recommendation: I really loved this first book in a series. It’s filled with action and suspense, and has only the first beginnings of a relationship. Can’t wait for the next book to come out!
Avery
Human beings are nothing but lowly trash. Fit only for consumption. That’s my motto in life and why I avoid everything to do with them beyond an evening meal. Then he shows up with his delicious scent, and I can’t seem to resist hunting him down. But when my hunt gets interrupted by a spray of bullets and I become the prey, I find myself falling into some strange rabbit hole where I have to rely on this incredible smelling human with strange powers to stay alive. How freakin’ peachy is that?
Ryker
Being left on the doorstep of a church when I was infant meant my life began shrouded in questions. And that’s how it has remained. Question after question. For a human, I have magical powers I don’t understand. After all, magic went extinct a few hundred years ago. I shouldn’t exist the way I do. Spending my life in the shadows has always been the safest place. Then a snarky wildcat of a vampire literally passes out in my lap, and my instincts kick into overdrive. Protect him at all costs. Even if I want to strangle him half the time.
Fractured Truth is the first book in the Consequences of a Sin series which follows Avery and Ryker as they try to find the truth behind a Sin that altered the history of their world. Each book will end with a HFN (or close to it) while the overarching plot continues into the next book. Some cliffhangers are likely.

Collapsing from exhaustion on the moors of Yorkshire, he’s rescued by the handsome Lord Elmsby and taken to Gorsewall Manor. As he recovers, Lord Elmsby offers him a position cataloging the library. It would be an ideal situation, isolated, with a handsome, solitary lord and servants who don’t ask many questions, except for the strange sounds in the corners of the library and the feeling he’s being watched. And then a body is found on the moors, a body that could be the long missing fiancee of Lord Elmsby, and Thomas must find out the truth of what happened at Gorsewall Manor.
