Welcome to this week’s hot new releases, 99c deals, and freebies in gay romance! We have a lot of wonderful news releases, a solid list of 99c deals, and freebies.
All deals are valid today, Saturday, April 20, in the US and most of the time the UK, but they may not be valid tomorrow or in all Amazon stores. Please check the price before buying!
This is not a paid list or ads, but simply deals I’ve found and books I’m excited about reading, so all personal recommendations from me. If you have a book you’d like to see listed, you can submit it, but that’s not a guarantee I’ll list it.
New Releases
The Enchanter’s Soul – Michele Notaro
This is book two and a continuation of book one—read that first. More magic, more witches and a fight to save The Enchanter’s Soul. If you love paranormal books, complicated plots, lots of actions, and a slow burn romance, you’ll love this series.
How To Heal – Susan Hawke
We all know I love me some daddy books, haha! How To Heal is at the top of my TBR and I can’t wait to dive into this story. This whole series has been awesome, but this romance between a troubled young man and the cop who longs to be his Daddy ticks all my boxes.
Lightbearer – L.C. Davis
You know how sometimes, you feel like you’re in the mood for something completely different? Lightbearer seems to be just that: a fantasy mpreg romance where the devil knocks up a mere mortal. Yeah, not kidding. I read this blurb and then one-clicked faster than the speed of light, haha.
Forget I Told You – Tanya Chris
A man suffering from amnesia can’t shake the feeling his marriage and life isn’t what it seems…and that he has a mate somewhere. Forget I Told You is an exciting romance with suspense that delivers a twist of the amnesia-trope.
Fighting For Love – Noah Steele
Two men meet in a coffee shop and have an instant connection. But one of them has a past that may come back to ruin their chance at love in Fighting For Love. It’s the second book in the Cut to the Feeling series and the author advises to read this series in order.
Age Rules – Jacki James and Michelle Frost
These two authors teamed up to co-write, and Age Rulesis a cross over from both their series, but can be read as a stand alone. Former navy officer and hospital president Darren meets young MMA fighter Andre and sparks fly. But Andre is too young, in the closet, and only in the area temporarily…
Rethinking Fate – M.A. Innes
Another lovely age play story from the queen of age play herself. This time, it’s a doctor who finds love and peace with a bartender in Rethinking Fate. If you need a sweet escape, here ya go.
99c
Holed Up – Hank Edwards
An FBI agent falls for the witness he’s told to protect in Holed Up. But when things go wrong, it’s the witness who may end up having to rescue the FBI agent in this romantic suspense.
Theoden – Nicholas Bella
Nicolas Bella writes dark, dark MM, and not necessarily romance either, so be forewarned. I haven’t read Theoden yet, but it’s the prequel to the New Haven series and tells the story of a Vampire Prince. The blurb warns us it’s violent, dark, and erotic. Count me in.
Debt – K.C. Wells
A man who is still hurting from a bad break up meets a young man in a club who doesn’t look like he wants to be there. Turns out, he’s forced to pay off a debt. They connect, but their road to love isn’t an easy one in Debt. This looks so good!
Forgive Me Father – TL Travis
Forgive Me Father is connected to Greyson Fox, but since I haven’t read that one yet (it’s been on my TBR pile forever), I can’t tell you more than that. My guess is it’s the story of Greyson’s love interest? Anyway, it’s on sale and if you loved Greyson Fox (which is also on sale for 99c), you may wanna get it.
Edge of Living – H.L. Day
Edge of Living is an emotional, high angst but absolutely wonderful romance that centers around depression and suicide. It has a happy end, no worries, but it’s quite the emotional, heartbreaking ride to get there. Highly recommended.
Lincoln’s Park – Parker Williams
A former spoiled brat reinvents himself and walks away from his wealthy background. He meets a homeless young man and takes him in in Lincoln’s Park. But when his past catches up with him, do they stand a chance at love?
Buckle Up – Karen Botha
A bisexual, super star race driver meets a hot, straight mechanic in Buckle Up, the first in a series of sports romances. A sizzling romance with a little first time gay, which is one of my weaknesses, haha.
Gay Alpha Wolf Shifters – Tamsin Baker
This is a new to me author, but this box set contains six books for 99c, so definitely worth the chance. Gay Alpha Wolf Shifters is a collection of three contemporary shifter books and three dystopian ones.
Tonight’s Encore – Parker Avrile
A music star goes home when his luck has turned on him and reconnects with his first love, now a doctor. This author’s style is gritty and super sexy, so I can’t wait to read Tonight’s Encore.
Freebies
Guarded – Cat Grant and LA Witt
Guarded is a rock star romance with some heavy BDSM undertones, it looks like. A troubled rock star finds peace under the domination of a man he falls for, but when they have to watch a mutual friend self destruct, it may be too much for their fragile relationship. Make sure to read the blurb, because this may not be for everyone.
The Parole Officer’s B*tch – Yamila Abraham
My PA suggested this for the post this week because of a one star review claiming this was all sex. The Parole Officer’s B*tch is all sexy smut. And I’ve already read this, haha! So if a quick smut read is your thing, don’t miss out!
Commitment Issues – Bradley Brady
Commitment Issues was another pick by my PA. Why? “Cupcakes.” Haha! Can’t argue with that logic. Insta love and marriage. Can these guys figure out the happily ever after, after making the commitment?
Damned If You Do – Marie Sexton
Damned If You Do is really hard to describe, haha. It’s a tale of a demon who has to fill his quota and tries to “convert” the purest soul he’s ever met…but ends up falling for him. Read the blurb. It may not be for everyone, but I sure as hell (LOL) one-clicked.
Savior – Pauline Allen
Savior is the story of a tattoo artist and a client who connect, but both seem to have some ghosts in their past. The reviews mention editing issues, so if those bother you big time, maybe skip this one. On the other hand, it’s free, haha, so well worth a try.
The Mentor of Lonemarsh House – Jackson Marsh
A musician who’s recovering from a burn out meets a young violinist in The Mentor of Lonemarsh House. But the violinist is in the closet and under the influence of some bad friends. Does their love stand a chance? (Hint: it’s a romance, duh…) Age gap trope, so yes, please.
Thanks so much for these. I look forward to the recommendations and the freebie list every week!
You’re welcome! I always download quite a few myself, haha.
Theoden is a prequel—chronologically—but it makes a lot more sense if you’ve already read the New Haven books. I wouldn’t recommend jumping into the series with this one.
Oh, that’s good to know. Thanks for clarifying that!
Thanks! I’ll remember that.
