Black – Quin Perin

A world traveler meets a man who needs his routine in Black…and then they discover a mutual passion for kitty play. Romantic, sweet, and super sexy, Black was a wonderful romance. Plus, set in The Netherlands, so bonus!

The Difference Between – Blake Moreno

Blake Moreno is a pen name for Leta Blake, and I love her writing. The Difference Between is different and kinkier for sure, but it’s a wonderful, emotional read. Wade is perfectly happy with his boyfriend Russ, until a jealous ex kidnaps and tortures him. As a result, he can’t engage sexually with Russ anymore, until they devise a sex plan with help from a therapist. High angst, emotional, sexy, kink, and all the feels in this one. Mind the trigger warnings please.

Trying It – Riley hart and Devon McCormack

If you’re looking for a sweet, no-angst friends-to-lovers romance with puppy play, Trying It will fit the bill. It started a little slow for me, but the puppy play was well done. Not as steamy as the other books in this series, but a heartwarming read.
