New Releases
We have some great new releases this week! Each week, dozens of gay romance release, and I can’t list them all, so I pick the ones I’m excited about.
Dance With Him – Ashe Winters
Sometimes, I’m in the mood for a low angst, uncomplicated romance and that’s exactly what Dance With Him looks like. Plus, hot cowboy, just saying.
Ride or Dye – Aimee Nicole Walker
It’s always a bittersweet moment when a beloved series comes to and end, and that’s certainly the case here with Ride or Dye. One last book with the unforgettable Gabe and Josh from the Curl Up and Dye series. If you haven’t read this series yet, now’s your chance to binge on all of them. As always, this book contains a mix of sweet romance and sexy moments and a suspense element like only this author can pull off.
Any Given Lifetime – Leta Blake
I love to read MM romances that are just a little different, that have a unique setting or character or storyline. Any Given Lifetime certainly fits that bill. Just read this first snippet from the blurb: “Neil isn’t a ghost, but he feels like one. Reincarnated with all his memories from his prior life, he spent twenty years trapped in a child’s body, wanting nothing more than to grow up and reclaim the love of his life.” Tell me that doesn;t sound super interesting! Plus, Leta Blake is one hell of a writer, so this was a one-click for me.
A Ferry of Bones and Gold – Hailey Turner
I love books that mix up several subgenres, and A Ferry of Bones and Gold certainly does that. It’s an urban fantasy with a gay romance plot (hello, sexy werewolf!), the first in a new series. Now, this author can write (I loved her Metahuman Files series), so I can’t wait to dig into this one.
99c Deals
Here are this week’s best 99c deals, and there are a lot of really good ones. I hope you’ll find some new reads in here! These usually don’t last long and they’re not valid everywhere, so check the price before buying.
Alpha’s Law – H.L. Holston and Sara York
How have I missed this book before? A friends to lovers mpreg featuring two alphas, tell me that doesn’t sound amazing. Plus, the blurb of Alpha’s Law mentions they like it rough, so OMG, yes.
A Better Man – Jaime Reese
A Better Man is the first book in the Men of Hallway House Series, and that’s such a good series. I loved this story about two men making a new start and finding love as they need to learn to trust each other. You’ll love this one for sure.
A Family for Keeps – Rheland Richmond
A Family for Keeps is a relatively new release by a debut author that did well. Two men meet when they discover their daughters have been switched at birth. Can two strangers make co-parenting work for the sake of their kids? Of course, love blossoms. It is a romance after all, haha.
Fated Heroes – Brittany Cournoyer
Werewolves, vampires, fae and more pop up in this fantasy novel. The gay romantic plot element in Fated Heroes is minor, but if you like paranormal books with a quest-type plotline, this should be your thing. The next book in this series should come out soon.
Better Together – BL Maxwell
Better Together is a sweet, feel-good romance between two young men who are both struggling in life and who find love with each other. I loved this coming of age romance that had me feel all the feels.
The World Traveler – Claire Castle
A new to me author, but the concept sounds fun: two guys who don’t know each other meet when they’re competing on the same TV show. The reviews for The World Traveler describe it as a fun, entertaining read with adorkable characters and sometimes, that’s exactly what I want to read.
Frank: Daddy Bear 3 – BJ Smyth
There are two sides to every story, and how you can hear Frank’s. May/December, Daddy Kink and a bear…sounds like Frank: Daddy Bear 3 will be going on the TBR!
Fusion (North Star Book 2) – Posy Roberts
This is such an awesome series. Kevin and Hugo make plans to blend their lives, but bleak news changes everything. Building a future together is still a priority, but only if their relationship can survive. Love strengthened by adversity. Fusion is the second book in this series and a wonderful story of friendship, family and love.
Ghost – Robin Covington
This sounds like a fun story to read! Oliver ghosts on a one-night-stand. Now he wants a big name in the comic book world…and guess who it is? Yup, his one-nighter. I’m definitely adding Ghost to my TBR.
Freebies
We have a good stash this weekend, yay! One-click away on these free gay romances, but check the price before clicking…
Our Secret Wedding – HJ Perry
When a book is described as “The most OTT romantic friends-to-lovers, feel-good gay romance”, that’s a one-click for me, haha. Plus, a fake wedding plot as a bonus. Can’t wait to read Our Secret Wedding.
Full Disclosure – DJ Jamison
A freebie from a well-known author is always a happy moment, but Full Disclosure has a bodyguard, a fake relationship, and a suspense plot, so hell yes, I’m downloading this.
Mens Rea – Brooke Edwards
A romance between a hotshot lawyer and a veteran cop, Mens Rea sounds like it’s right up my alley. It’s got romance, suspense, and a May-December trope so yes, please.
Coming to Colorado – Sara York
I haven’t read this series, so maybe that’s why the blurb was a little confusing, but the reviews for Coming to Colorado are solid and mention this romantic suspense can be read as a stand alone, so I’ll try it. Or maybe I’ll start at the beginning of the series and work my way through them. I love suspense elements, so…
The Big Comeback – Steve Milton
This is a new to me author but The Big Comeback looks like it could be good, with a washed up popstar and a fan who insists he’s not gay slowly falling in love. Sounds like a sweet and sexy gay for you trope. Let’s try this!
Hi Nora,
Thanks for these suggestions.
I have read almost all of Steve Milton’s books and this author is awesome!! Very clever, entertaining storylines and funny as can be. One of my favourite authors!
Read with confidence.
Jean.
I always look forwards to this each week! I found several other books for $0.99 : Crossroads by Riley Hart, Save Me by Aria Grayson, and Crossing Swords by Mixie Edwards.
Thanks for mentioning these! It’s super hard for me to catch all deals, since there are always so many and there’s not a good list anywhere. So I depend on either spotting them myself or readers/authors telling me.
Awesome, super happy to hear it. I downloaded the book myself, so I can’t wait to read it.
Wow, this week’s an awesome bounty! And my trl continues to grow out of proportion!
Thank you so much,Nora!
I know, right? This week was a great haul, haha.
Better Together by BL Maxwell is very good. I definitely recommend it!
Yeah, I really liked it as well.
